Corgis_Finest I think that would make it really annoying,already if you mess up the boost you will hit the spike and can save yourselfe. This is a good balance between good gameplay and realisticness

as a gd player myself this is pretty awesome. I do think that you could add some things that actually kill you on the tips of the spikes tho
