FRHD Spiral

The spiral was @LiamShields's idea, and I just generated it using FRHD-Lang (see the forum post at http://community.freeriderhd.com/threads/frhd-lang-generate-complex-tracks.5942/). Unfortunately I lost the code for this track due to a tragic incident (a.k.a. closing a tab) ;-;
