Cat! - Speed Tracks

I'm introducing a speed tracks cata./challenge. I've also changed up the rules a bit after my first track for this category called uphill challenge. The new rules are 1) 100 coins for every 1# champion 2) 500 coins for person with greatest average place over all tracks. Evman is sponsor. Ends May28
