First: go into fullscreen Second: zoom in and drag screen so it is just the "Art" Third: Stare at center of "Art" try not to blink, DONT get distracted Fourth: Look up at wall and you MAY have weird vision have a horrible vision day (after making this my eyes are killing meh)
