Uniquake I agree with you on the hands, they do look weird now that I look back on this, but it's not supposed to be anime or realistic. It's sorta cartoony. Admittedly, it's not the best, and i would definitely make some changes if i were to redraw this, but the face is short because it's an exaggeration of my own face, which is rather short, and the hair and eyes are supposed to be cartoony, like I said, neither anime nor realistic.

BobbyHunter the face shouldn’t be so short after u drew the cheek bone. The hair is too unrealistic unless u want it to be like anime kinda if u want it to be anime add the eyes bigger. And finally the hand on the hip the hand is a bit weird the to hands are together and the rest is separate looks like alien hands 👽 but I’m not making fun these are just tips overall great job for making the effort
