[GCN] Rainbow Road (preview)

It's the Veterans' Day weekend, and to celebrate I decided to make another Rainbow Road track, this time from Mario Kart: Double Dash. It's also worth noting that it is the first time that I've made slope platforms within this track. You might like this track if you like that aspect. Enjoy it!
