Can I have OA?

I dont understand how ppl with like 2 subs and make super trashy tracks have OA, when I have 30 subs, make decent tracks, and I still dont have OA! It dosent make sense!!

krunkytime that's becuase there's no criteria to be OA. all you have to do is go to the forums and ask char and he gives it to you no questions asked.
