as for the track itself, it's fun to play! Not much to worry about on that front. +1

because of the abstract shapes and puffy nature, feels more like cloudy rather than snowy. If you're going for the snow look, try to make it has some sturdy structure to it, as in the sides should have less bumps, either sharp and angular or smooth and curvy. Bumps results due to snow being displaced, so it wouldn't make sense for all the snow to look like someone tried making a snowman on the sides, top, bottom, etc. Additional details could include few sparkles here and there!
