Worst Mistake Making Tracks

I've seen this mistake all the time in many people and I hope that as a community we can all learn how to be better authors. I'm sorry if the first part sucks but I just wanted to show how bad the ride can get with this mistake. On the plus side, there's a solution to it, and Happy Thanksgiving!
