Terilune no XD Just pause the game RIGHT when you touch the powerup and check to see if the powerup disappeared, but you haven't transformed yet. If it looks like that, then hit enter (or backspace, depending on which checkpoint you want to go back to) RIGHT after hitting unpause. In other words, you have to hit go back to any checkpoint (enter or backspace) at the same time as collecting the powerup and weird stuff happens.
