langerbanger I find trees particularly difficult to draw, and so I often leave the trunks all the same coulor, or will draw them in a cartoom style, just showing the outline. I have attempted drawing each individual leaf, but it ends up looking quite bare.

ShadowStream i think always try to make it realistic as possible, keep in mind trees are rarely straight, try to add crooks and curves to it
