hi there sry its been awhile but either way three weeks ago i fell off my bike and made a tiny crack in both the bones in my left arm. Luckily I only have to wear this brace thing which I can take off when I need to wash it or myself. And I have more freedom of movement. read forum post for more.

Foxler2010 good luck, i'm no stranger to broken bones and it does get annoying
