SW34T721 here's my advice: learn how to spacebar effectively, watch skilled players' ghosts on medium difficulty maps, then try to replicate what they do. Then move on to trials, etc. This easiest way to improve is to imitate. In the process, you'll learn more about the mechanics and nuances of the game. This is a very difficult game to teach, so that is all I can really say.
