another good thing to do is suggets ghosts in the OFG thread, and you'll get feedback from ghost mods about if the ghost is feat worthy or not and how to improve, that kind of thing

AutoBoi really the biggest part of ghosting is just practice. the more you play, you better you'll get. at least for the most part. watching other peoples ghosts also should help, just getting more comfortable with the physics of the game in general
