my fr files are gone forever

I deleted one folder and now every single track that I made in the last year are permanently deleted (been on fr for 13 months). 100+ hours of tracks have been deleted including my biggest project I have ever made. Im going to quit drawing fr tracks and hopefully i'll feel motivated in a few months.

I deleted the folder that all my frerider tracks were on I thought that all my files would go into my downloads but I cant find the anywhere on my computer My chromebook is very old which has no trash or recycle bin that I know of I have a few tracks on an old thumb drive but it hasnt been updated for months
